SWISS BANK - BLACK MONEY

 

                 In the Swiss Bank issue the Supreme Court of India demand the persons belonged in the action of robbing the Indian Money and stored in the Swiss Banks as Black Money.

                In this issue there is no need of the persons names to be explicated and the Money when and how to be brought to INDIA from the Swiss Banks and from other  such World Banks is now necessary.  The Money belong to the people of India and the Swiss Bank and such World Banks must not assist such criminals to store such Black Money robbed from India or from other countries also.  They must not say about laws in their country they must abide to the law of God.  God will not appreciate such Criminal activities

                  World countries are watching what is going on.  What Swiss Bank and such World Banks are doing the history can not be vanished and a bad name to Swiss Bank and such World Banks will be recorded in history.

 

Kachadeevu

 

                 Kachaddeevu an Island, situated in between the India and Srilanka,  it is said given to the Srilanka Government in the past years and the agreement has been brought to effect.

                   Is this agreement can be accepted by the people those who make use of the kachadeevu for many thousands of years and the agreement made by some  restricting the rights can not be accepted.

               Moreover  any agreement spoiling the rights of the people is to be reconsidered though any unchangeable agreement is brought into effect.

 

Jallikattu of Tamilnadu:

                 By 2008 the case against Jallikattu was going on at Supreme Court, I gave as below in my website requesting Jallikattu to be allowed with some conditions.  Suprme Court allowed with many conditions in few days of hearing.

                                                                                
             Regarding the Jallikattu, it is practiced from the past thousands of years and is a traditional Tamil play.

                   Regarding the casualties occur there, the persons those go there are well known of the danger and in the acceptance of to face the danger are only going to that spot. More steps can be taken on averting the casualties with various precautionary measures.

                  In army we join on knowing the situations in detailed and those who are in the acceptance of facing the dangers only join the Army in the motivation of the welfare of our Nation.

                  For the spectators from foreign and in the country, precautionary steps must be taken in strict rules.

                  Regarding  torture to the animals, it must be watched and steps to avoid such torture with proper advices and punishing actions.

                 Supreme Court has to consider these points.  Moreover disobeying the Supreme Courts order is also wrong.

Regaring the Jallikattu, the case be pending and not permitted to be conducted.   Now seeing the students take protest to get permission to conduct Jallikattu, steps has been taken to conduct Jallikattu.  In this issue I have given a mail-1 to the Supreme Court by 12th January 2017  and again by 20th January 2017 also an another mail-2 .    In my view it is good to allow the Jallikattu to be conducted and have to wait for the permanent permission from the Supreme Court soon.

 

Bharath Ratna Award

                  Bharath Ratna Award is the highest award of India.  The meaning of Bharath Ratna is the Gems of India.

                   If we go through the life of the Highly awarded  people of a country, we can know about the country's character in detail.

                  In India the Bharath Ratna award to be given only to those who be Pure in their personnel life and Genuine and True in the Public life, legal in their life and a very good in Characters.

                 Atleast for giving the Bharath Ratna Award these characters to be considered so as to prove India is a Highly  True Country.

                      FOR SELECTING THE  SUPREME COURT JUDGES,   IT IS KNOWN THEY HAVE TO BE PERFECT AND 100% TRUE  IN THEIR PERSONAL LIFE, PERFECT  IN THEIR PUBLIC  LIFE, BE STRONG  AGAINST OF CORRUPTION,  BOLD ENOUGH TO GIVE THEIR JUDGEMENT,  ENORMOUS KNOWLEDGE TO ANALYZE THE RIGHT AND WRONG.    THESE QUALITIES ARE CONSIDERED AND SELECTED BY THE SUPREME COURT PERFECT JUDGES TEAM ONLY.

              THE PERFECT  JUDGES ARE ALSO BE TARGETED BY SENDING GIRLS SO AS TO THREATEN THEM,   IN SUCH  SITUATION THE JUDGES HAVE TO BE AWARE ALL TIME AND HAVE TO BE 100% PERFECT IN THEIR ACTIVITIES.

                     IT CAN STRONGLY NEVER BE ALLOWED TO SELECT THE SUPREME COURT JUDGES BY ANY OTHER COMMITTEE OF MEMBERS AND NO QUOTAS CAN BE CONSIDERED  HERE.

                  IN MANY DEVELOPED COUNTRIES JUDICIARY IS ALLOWED TO ACT AS A SEPARATE SECTION AND NO OTHER PARLIAMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE SECTION INTERVENE IN THEIR JUDICIARY. 

                AIRPLANE  PILOTS  ARE SELECTED BY CONSIDERING THEIR TALENTS BY WELL VERSED AVIATION AUTHORITIES, NOT BY ANY COMMITTEE OF MEMBERS.  

                        SUPREME COURT TO BE ALLOWED  TO BE  INDIVIDUAL  TO ACT FOR THE WELFARE OF INDIA’S PRESTIGE  AND  ITS CULTURE  TO BE  KEPT  WITH  ITS PERFECT  SATHIYAM  AND DHARMAM.

 

Can Humankind Control Sex without involving at all

               This is a basic instinct formed in body like thirst for water.  If we renounce to drink water it shows in body with various diseases.
                But, though the sex can be controlable feeling it also shows in body as stress anger and tension and it erupts as volcano.  At the same time involving in illegal sex is animalistic  and spoiling the culture also.
               Though thousands of years before the marriage are set at the age of 10 to 13 Kamasutra tells about Masturbation for male and Female.   Because this masturbation is totally personal peeping in about is indecent and is no wrong for those who be unmarried and or without proper married life.

 

REGARDING CAUVERY WATER ISSUE AT SUPREME COURT                                        

                                                                           30th sep 2016,  02.15 P.M.

                           I gave a mail  to the Supreme Court of India considering the commotion created at Karnataka regarding the water to be released to Tamilnadu.  After 30th sep 2016 in a week later a hearing came to the Supreme Court regarding release of water to Tamilnadu. On that day Supreme Court become vigorous and ordered to release water, unless in few days of next hearing coming we are going to take severe steps.  On the day ordered severely at night itself Karnataka convened all party meeting and decided to release 9000 cusecs water from that day night itself without any opposition.
